Admission Process
At Prof. D. Ansu Sonii Polytechnic, prospective students are required to complete the official admission process before enrollment. Applicants must first visit the Admissions Office for guidance and information regarding available programs and entrance examination schedules. After making payment for the entrance examination at the Finance Office, applicants will sit the entrance exam and later check the results on the institution’s bulletin board or designated communication channels.
Applicants who successfully pass the entrance examination will collect and complete the official application form, submit all required documents, and proceed through verification and academic approval processes before final enrollment confirmation.
Requirements
Applicants seeking admission into Prof. D. Ansu Sonii Polytechnic must meet the following requirements:
- Successfully complete the Entrance Examination.
- Fill and submit the official Application Form.
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of US$50.00.
- Submit all required supporting documents.
- Obtain approval from the Admissions Office and Academic Department.

- Copy of High School Diploma
- Copy of WASSCE Certificate
- National Identification Card or Passport
- Three Recommendation Letters in sealed envelopes from:
- Religious Institution
- Community Leadership
- Academic Institution
- Health Certificate
- Sponsorship Letter (if applicable)
- Two recent passport-size photographs with white background
- Official payment receipt for registration and entrance examination
How to Apply
Step 1:
Visit the Admissions Office to obtain information about available academic programs and admission procedures.
Step 2:
Proceed to the Finance Office to make payment for the entrance examination and collect your payment receipt.
Step 3:
Sit the scheduled entrance examination.
Step 4:
Check the bulletin board or official communication channels for entrance examination results.
Step 5:
If successful, collect the official Application Form from the Admissions Office.
Step 6:
Complete and submit the application form along with all required documents.
Step 7:
Receive academic planning and approval from the Program Coordinator.
Step 8:
Make the required tuition and fee payments at the Finance Office and obtain financial clearance.
Step 9:
Complete document verification at the Admissions Office.
Step 10:
Await final approval from the Vice President for Academic Affairs for full admission confirmation.
