Odacious Nah Shain is an educator, youth development professional, and ghostwriter recognized for strong leadership and a deep commitment to understanding and empowering young African leaders. He currently serves as the Lead Volunteer and Founder of EduThink-Afrika, a youth-led nonprofit organization focused on career development, leadership, and mentorship for emerging African leaders.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Stella Maris Polytechnic University, Liberia. His professional experience spans leadership roles in both nongovernmental organizations and educational institutions. As Program Director at 1 CHILD - Liberia, he led fundraising and youth development initiatives aimed at empowering young people. He also served as an Educational/Instructional Associate at My Heart’s Appeal International, where he trained teachers, developed lesson plans, and provided academic support for students with intellectual disabilities, including individuals with Down syndrome.

Previously, he served as Principal of Muja International School, overseeing instruction, curriculum development, and academic planning. He currently works as an Admissions Officer at Prof. D. Ansu Sonii Polytechnic University.

Odacious Nah Shain has received several recognitions for his academic and leadership excellence, including Academic Excellence Awards (2023 and 2024), Best Book Project, Best Speaker, Momo Hero of Change (Top 10), and Male Captain at MOGi Leadership School. He is also a Fellow of the Democracy Impact Fellowship Program under NAYMOTE-Liberia and an alumnus of both the MOGi Global Leadership School and the Aspire Leaders Program, Harvard, USA.
